UDS sent a caravan with a cargo of iron ore raw materials to Serbia
PJSC “Ukrainian Danube Shipping” (UDS) returned to the Middle Danube after a long break.
The first flight started in October, and from now on, several caravans are constantly operating on the line. In addition to ore, UDS also works with coal from Constanta, said the acting director general of UDS Dmytro Moskalenko.
“Thanks to the resumption of cooperation with European metallurgical producers, our company diversified cargo flows, provided the fleet with stable work on favorable terms,” Moskalenko wrote on Facebook.
He said that navigation on the part of the Danube is still closed, but the situation with water levels in the river has improved, the depths are passable, which allows the UDS fleet to perform all planned tasks.
