Ukraine exported 18 million tons since the beginning of the marketing year

Grain exports from the beginning of the 2022-2023 marketing year amount to 18.082 million tons.
During the same period last year, Ukraine exported 25.774 million tons of grain, the State Customs Service reports.
Corn became the only grain crop that showed an increase in exports in the current season — by 62.8%, up to 9.662 million tons.
The export of other major grains decreased, in particular:
• wheat — by 2.1 times, up to 6.867 million tons;
• barley — by 3.4 times, up to 1.48 million tons.
In addition, 56.3 thousand tons of flour were exported against 52.7 thousand tons a year earlier, in particular wheat — 53.2 thousand tons against 52.1 thousand tons.
