The leader of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, sent his nephew to the temporarily occupied territories in the South of Ukraine to control the theft of Ukrainian grain.
A new supervisor was appointed last week for the occupied Melitopol region and Kherson region. The mayor of Melitopol, Ivan Fedorov, told about it.
Kadyrov’s nephew Khasan Ibragimov was the “minister” of agrarian policy in Chechnya. According to Fedorov, he came to the occupied south of Ukraine to help steal Ukrainian grain.
“Hasan, on behalf of Kadyrov, will keep the local population in fear, and will also control that the money goes into the right pocket,” says the mayor of Melitopol.
