Imported electricity from the EU will save the company from blackouts
Enterprises that will purchase imported electricity will be guaranteed protection from scheduled electricity supply restrictions in the volumes of electricity purchased by them.
“It was not easy, but we managed to create an acceptable working mechanism. The available throughput capacity for importing electricity from EU countries, in particular Romania and Slovakia, is 600 MW per hour,” said the Minister of Economy of Ukraine Yuliya Svyridenko at a meeting with representatives of industry associations and enterprises.
During the dialogue, representatives of Ukrainian enterprises and industry associations also expressed their proposals for improving the proposed mechanism and solving individual energy supply issues.
