The Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed two boats of the invaders in the southern direction

On the night of February 6, the Ukrainian military destroyed two russian boats and two sabotage and reconnaissance groups of the occupiers in the southern direction.

Boats destroyed by the Armed Forces were stolen from the local population by the occupiers. Nataliya Gumenyuk, head of the United Coordination Press Center of the Defense Forces of Southern Ukraine, announced this on the air of the national telethon.

“The enemy continues reconnaissance and aerial reconnaissance, including with the use of boats, which they pressed against the local population. Their sabotage groups continue to probe our defenses towards the Dnipro, on the islands. They are trying to set up their observation posts there. “During that night, the russian troops lost two boats and two reconnaissance and sabotage groups here,” Humenyuk commented.

Previously, USM reported that at the end of January, the Defense Forces destroyed a russian boat stolen in the Kherson region. The vessel was a training rescue boat of the Kherson State Maritime Academy.

The enemy used a boat on the Konka River between de-occupied Kherson and Oleshka, temporarily controlled by the enemy. With the help of a ship, the Rashists transferred ammunition and personnel closer to Kherson.
