The russians are “renaming” sanctioned vessels
The russians are trying to hide the real names of the sanctioned vessels in order to circumvent the restrictions.
A russian oil tanker was spotted in the sea fishing port of Kerch on February 9. The inscription on the stern of the tanker is Alexander Nevskiy, but judging by the unique IMO number: 9648685 (MMSI: 273372930), the current name of the vessel is “TES-1”, Krym.Realii reports.
“Tes 1” is not the first time to violate the ban on visits to Crimean ports imposed by Ukraine. A few years earlier, the ship was spotted in the Kerch Sea Trade Port.
Tanker “TEC-1”. is also mentioned in the “black list” of sanctions-violating ships published by the monitoring group of the Institute for Strategic Black Sea Studies.
Earlier, at the beginning of February, there was a tanker in the Kerch sea fishing port, the name and identification numbers (IMO) of which were covered with a cloth.
