Bunge finally sold the sunflower processing plant in russia

The American agro-industrial company Bunge concluded the agreement on the sale of the Bunge CIS plant in Voronezh to Karen Vanetsyan, the main owner of ExOil Group.
The name of the company will soon change, and all the details of “Bunge SND” will remain unchanged, the company’s website says. The official websites of the legal entity are planned to be reconstructed.
It is worth noting that Bunge sold not only the sunflower processing plant in Voronezh, but also the regional rights to vegetable oil brands, including Oleina and Ideal.
The plant itself was built in 2005, it cost approximately $130 million. The processing capacity is 540,000 tons of raw materials.
