According to the results of 2022, Ukraine retained the world leadership in the supply of sunflower oil.

Also, our country took the first place in the world for the export of products that do not contain GMOs.

Ukraine remains a reliable exporter of food to the poorest countries in Africa, the Middle East, and Asia, Kernel CEO Yevhen Osypov said in an interview with Bloomberg.

“For a year of full-scale war, the enemy did not break our defenses, did not stop exports, did not cause global hunger. Our defenders won valuable time for farmers to adapt and set up new logistics routes. The main conclusion: Ukraine has persevered, remaining reliable and the world’s largest exporter of sunflower oil. Therefore, it is very important that the grain initiative continues to work and the efficiency of its work increases,” Yevhen Osypov said.
