A drifting sea mine was found in the Black Sea off the coast of Bulgaria, near the Kabakum beach in Varna, BNT reports.
The head of the Navy, Rear Admiral Kyrylo Mykhaylov, said that the minesweeper was towing the mine into the sea in order to detonate it at a safe distance from the shore.
