A warehouse is being leased in the Reni port

The State Property Fund has announced the holding of an electronic auction for the lease of the warehouse site, which is on the balance sheet of SE “Reni Sea Trade Port”.
The auction will be held on October 31. The lease term is until the end of martial law and 12 months after its termination. The starting price of the lease, at which the object is put up for auction, is UAH 90.14 thousand per month.
The site is located on berths #8 and #9 of the port of Reni and has a total area of 5,353 square meters.
In the announcement on the electronic site “Prozorro.Продажі“, it is reported that the asset is in satisfactory technical condition, has a connection to the power grid with a capacity of 16 kW. The winner of the auction will have no restrictions on the purpose of the rental object.
