ARMA accuses the manager of the arrested ships “Marinex” of debts of almost 25 million UAH

Due to non-fulfillment of contractual obligations, the budget has not received almost 25 million UAH, of which more than 22 million UAH are guarantee payments, the rest are fines and penalties.
This was reported by the ARMA press service.
The National Agency for Tracing and Asset Management (ARMA) reported on the detection of violations in the activities of the private enterprise Marinex, which manages arrested sea vessels.
Due to non-fulfillment of contractual obligations, the state budget has not received significant funds – according to ARMA, the company has not paid more than 22 million UAH in guarantee payments for the period from April to July 2025. Additionally, more than 2.6 million UAH in penalties, fines and inflation losses have been accrued.
The total amount of debt is about 24.9 million UAH.
In this regard, the agency has issued two orders to the manager to eliminate the violations and requires the urgent transfer of due funds to the budget. ARMA has also filed lawsuits with the Commercial Court to collect debts from the manager of the arrested vessels. In addition, the agency is strengthening the preventive monitoring system, which will include:
• analysis of the financial statements of the managers;
• verification of concluded contracts;
• on-site inspections and control of the actual condition of assets.
Earlier, USM reported that ARMA is preparing for sale the vessel Anka, which illegally entered the occupied Crimea.
