ARMA again put up for auction the ship attacked by Russians in the Odesa region: the price was halved

The National Agency for Tracing and Asset Management (ARMA) has again put up for sale the Anka vessel, which illegally visited the occupied Crimea.

This is stated in the announcement in the Prozorro.Sales system.

Offers are accepted from January 6 to January 21 inclusive. The auction itself is scheduled for January 22.

The starting sale price is UAH 8.17 million, which is half the previous amount (UAH 16.3 million). The vessel was supposed to be sold at auction on December 29, 2025, but the auction did not take place – probably due to the lack of participants.

ARMA noted that the main hull structures of the vessel – side plating, main deck flooring, bulkheads – have individual traces of corrosion. The paintwork is missing in some places, there is swelling and peeling on the hull structures.

Recall that the “Anka” vessel was damaged as a result of a Russian attack in the Odesa region on December 23.
