ARMA has searched for assets worth more than UAH 27 billion since the beginning of the year


Since the beginning of the year, the Agency for Search and Management of Assets (ARMA) has searched for assets worth more than UAH 27 billion.

ARMA discovered shares in the authorized capital and funds with a total value of over UAH 27.6 billion, the agency reported .

At the same time, only in May, ARMA specialists searched for:

• cash and corporate rights (shares in authorized capital) amounting to over UAH 3.5 billion;

• 26 intellectual property rights;

• 644 objects of residential and non-residential real estate;

• 799 land plots;

• 795 units of transport;

• 136 units of agricultural machinery with accessories;

• 10 units of other property (goods).

ARMA provides information about wanted assets to law enforcement agencies and the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine within the framework of criminal proceedings and the sanctions mechanism.

Assets sought in criminal cases may be subsequently seized, transferred to ARMA and confiscated. At the same time, the property sought by the agency at the request of the Ministry of Justice in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Sanctions” can be seized for the benefit of the state by the decision of the State Security Service.

Earlier, USM reported that the Agency for Search and Asset Management (ARMA) put up for auction another batch of seized Russian ammonia in the amount of 9.7 thousand tons.
