ARMA is looking for a manager for a marine terminal linked to Kolomoiskyi

ARMA has launched market consultations on the selection of a manager for a strategic asset – the maritime logistics complex of Agroterminal Logistic LLC in the Odesa region.
The asset is associated with the former owners of Privatbank JSC, ARMA reported.
It was arrested as part of criminal proceedings and transferred to ARMA management by decision of the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv.
The company specializes in logistics services in the agricultural sector, in particular, transshipment, storage and transportation of grain crops. The assets of Agroterminal Logistic LLC constitute a comprehensive property complex, which includes a maritime transshipment and storage terminal for grain cargo with a berth, special equipment, machinery and granaries.
ARMA invites interested companies (except for the owners of the arrested asset and representatives of the aggressor state) to participate in market consultations. Commercial offers are accepted until 15:00 on October 31, 2025.
The next step after market consultations will be open bidding on the Prozorro platform to select a manager who will ensure the effective use of the logistics complex and stable revenues from its activities to the state budget.
We will recall that the asset was transferred to the management of ARMA by court decision within the framework of criminal proceedings conducted by the BEB of Ukraine. According to the investigation, the complex is associated with the former owners of PJSC CB “PrivatBank” Igor Kolomoisky and Gennady Bogolyubov. Investigators are establishing facts of illegal actions regarding mortgaged property and tax evasion in 2022-2024.
Earlier, USM reported that ARMA is looking for a manager for the Black Sea Fishing Port berth complex.
