ARMA is looking for a manager for the Black Sea Fishing Port berth complex


ARMA announced preliminary market consultations on the selection of a manager for the single complex of berths of LLC “Black Sea Fish Port”.

These are berths No. 1-6 and berth No. 4 (before reconstruction berths No. 7-10), located at the address: village of Burlacha Balka, ul. Tsentralna, 1, ARMA reported.

The asset was transferred to ARMA management based on the decision of the investigating judge of the Kyiv District Court of the city of Odessa dated May 29, 2025 in case No. 947/24134/23.

Legal entities and individual entrepreneurs registered as business entities can participate in the consultations. Participants must submit their proposals by 3:00 p.m. on November 17, 2025.

Proposals can be submitted electronically to [email protected] or by mail or directly to the ARMA central office (1 Borys Grinchenko St., Kyiv).

After the consultation phase, the agency will conduct a competitive selection of the asset manager in accordance with the legislation on public procurement in the format of open bidding.

Earlier, USM reported that ARMA put up for sale the arrested vessel “Usko Mfu”.
