ARMA is looking for managers for arrested barges — the first lots are already on Prozorro

The Agency has launched a competitive selection of companies that will be able to effectively manage the arrested fleet.
The National Agency for Tracing and Asset Management (ARMA) has announced a competition for the management of arrested non-self-propelled cargo barges. This was reported by the Agency’s press service.
The first lots have already appeared on the Prozorro platform. The selection of professional managers is part of the agency’s updated strategy for the effective use of arrested property.
One of the assets put up for competition was previously inspected by ARMA Deputy Chairman Grigol Katamadze during a working visit to the Dnipro. According to the results of the inspection, the barge was recognized as technically sound. According to a preliminary estimate, its cost exceeds 13 million hryvnias.
ARMA emphasizes that the involvement of professional managers will allow not only to preserve the assets, but also to ensure their effective operation.
It is expected that two more barges will be added to Prozorro in the near future.
We will remind, in early April, ARMA transferred 10 arrested Russian vessels to management.
