ARMA is preparing for implementation of “Agroterminal Logistics” in the Odesa region

ARMA together with BEB inspected a strategic asset in the Odesa region — LLC Agroterminal Logistic — for further transfer to management.
The agency reported that they inspected the marine transshipment and storage complex of grain cargoes of LLC Agroterminal Logistic in the Odesa region.
The inspection of the facility was carried out with the participation of employees of the central office of ARMA and the Southern MTU of ARMA under the leadership of the Deputy Head of ARMA Stanislav Petrov.
This visit was the first step in a comprehensive procedure for preparing for the transfer of the asset to effective management. As Stanislav Petrov emphasized, we are not just talking about property, but about a critical logistics infrastructure facility that can bring systemic benefits to the country’s economy.
The inspection of the asset allowed us to assess its current technical condition, identify primary risks and form the basis for further management decisions. Ahead is the announcement of a competition for property valuation and the search for a manager through the Prozorro system.
The asset was transferred to the management of ARMA by a court decision within the framework of criminal proceedings conducted by the BEB of Ukraine. According to the investigation, the complex is associated with the former owners of PJSC CB “PrivatBank” Igor Kolomoisky and Gennady Bogolyubov. Investigators are establishing facts of illegal actions regarding mortgaged property and tax evasion in 2022-2024.
Earlier, USM reported that the court arrested the terminal “Borivage” in the port of Pivdennyi.
