Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi Port has finally passed into private ownership

Yesterday, August 27, the process of transferring ownership of the single property complex of the State Enterprise “ Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi Sea Commercial Port” was completed.

This was reported today, August 28, by the director of the Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi Port, Oksana Kiktenko, on Facebook.

In her post, Oksana Kiktenko listed the main events of the privatization of the State Enterprise “BDMTP”, where she once again reminded that more than five years have passed since the order of the State Fund of Public Finance on the decision to privatize the port.

“I thank everyone who made state decisions to save the enterprise and helped prepare the port for the auction,” Kiktenko noted.

We will remind that the Bilhorod-Dniester Sea Port was sold at auction in November last year after 12 unsuccessful attempts. The winner of the auction was the company “TOP-OFFER”.

USM previously reported that the Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi MTP accused the USPA of disrupting the attraction of investors to the port industry.
