Boats for Defense Intelligence: another T12 entered the service of Ukrainian intelligence officers (video)

The modern T12 speedboat has joined the Defense Intelligence fleet, assisting in medical evacuations, rescue operations and combat missions.

Ukrainian special forces of military intelligence received another powerful T12 boat as part of the “Boats for Defense Intelligence” initiative. This was  reported by the press service of the department.

“We are handing over the boat to our intelligence officers who perform important missions – rescue civilians, evacuate the wounded, carry out combat raids that undermine the enemy’s capabilities. We hope that this boat will help them in carrying out their tasks,” said Diana Podolyanchuk, head of the charitable foundation cooperating with Defense Intelligence.

The boat is equipped with the latest navigation systems, radio equipment and two engines, which allow it to accelerate to 95 km/h. The ship’s range reaches 500 km. Thanks to these characteristics, the T12 is effective in various tasks – from transportation to combat missions, in particular in combination with unmanned watercraft.

“This is a great machine that can be both a fire support vessel and a medical evacuation vehicle. Its aluminum hull is durable, and the deck design allows you to adapt the configuration depending on the tasks,” commented one of the special forces.

The organizers of the initiative thanked all caring Ukrainians and partners who supported this project and helped the scouts get another effective tool in the fight against the enemy.

Earlier, USM wrote that Swedish boats have already begun mine clearance tasks in the Black Sea.
