French CMA CGM sold its 50% stake in the russian operator Logoper for €1. The shares were bought by the manager of RZD Oleksandr Kakhidze.

Previously, Oleksandr Kahidze owned the other half of the operator. Thus, the russian received all 100%, rosZMI writes. It is also noted that the French company received an option to return to business.

CMA CGM became the owner of 50% of Logoper in February 2018. In 2022, the operator transported more than 120,000 TEU. The company is also among the top 5 railway container operators of russian containerfederation.
