Collaborator Saldo wants to hand over the occupied coast to Belarus

The occupation leader of the Kherson region, Volodymyr Saldo, has declared his readiness to provide Belarus with part of the Azov-Black Sea coast.
The transfer is allegedly planned for the construction of sanatoriums and recreation centers, the Center of National Resistance reported.
According to Saldo, the parties have already discussed the transfer of sections of the coastline. In fact, this is a direct declaration of the intention to dispose of Ukrainian land and involve a third state in its control.
Sources of the Central Security Service of the Kherson region report that negotiations with Belarusian structures have been underway since at least the summer of 2024. At closed meetings, specific sections between Genichesk and Arabatskaya Strilka were discussed, which can be transferred for long-term use. In a narrow circle, Saldo calls this “an exchange for political loyalty from Minsk,” which allows Moscow to legitimize the presence of Belarusian structures.
Analysts of the Center of National Resistance emphasize that the “resort zones” are just a cover: in fact, these territories will be used as dual-purpose facilities — logistical bases, closed points and platforms for the deployment of the Russian and Belarusian security forces. This approach allows the Kremlin to control the territory, attract allies and circumvent international law, creating a de facto military-political presence on Ukrainian lands.
The Kherson region is considered by the occupiers as a resource zone, where the “resort rhetoric” serves only as a facade for strengthening the military and political presence of the allied forces. This is a direct example of the systematic use of the TOT to implement the strategic interests of the Russian Federation and its allies with complete disregard for the sovereignty of Ukraine.
Earlier, USM reported that the invaders are preparing to transfer the port of Mariupol to the de facto administration of Rostov.
