Concession project for the port of Chornomorsk presented in Istanbul

The event was attended by more than 10 international companies, who were presented with the concession project of the First and Container Terminals of the Chornomorsk Sea Port.

“The event was attended by more than 10 international companies: these are companies from Asia, North America, our Black Sea region, and MENA countries. This is not the first such event in the last year. In this format, we present the project to investors so that as many of them as possible understand the opportunities for partnership, are interested in our projects, participate in them, and, accordingly, we have better conditions and offers,” emphasized First Deputy Minister Alyona Shkrum.

It is noted that during the meeting, potential investors were presented with the key parameters of the project, the stages of the competitive procedure, and the possibility of a private partner participating in the development of the terminals.

“We see investors’ interest in developing Ukraine’s port infrastructure, which is key to strengthening the country’s logistics potential and economic recovery,” said Deputy Minister Andriy Kashuba.

Earlier, the Ministry of Development extended the deadline for submitting documents for safety monitoring within the framework of the concession at the port of Chornomorsk.
