Defense Intelligence sea drone in Novorossiysk Bay destroyed elite Russian divers

During the operation, one of the naval drones broke into the Novorossiysk Bay, where Russia stores the remains of its large fleet ships.

This was reported by the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.  

“Due to the action of electronic warfare, the naval drone lost contact with the control point and began to drift. After some time, the local Russian command ordered the naval strike drone to be lifted from the bay for research,” the report says.

A group of five elite reconnaissance divers of the Russian Navy from the so-called “PDSS” (underwater sabotage forces and means) were sent to carry out the task.

The Defense Intelligence noted that this is a unit of highly qualified reconnaissance divers, for whose training significant financial and time resources are spent, as well as providing the best equipment.

During manipulations with the Ukrainian naval drone, it detonated – as a result of the explosion, all five elite Russian submarine saboteurs were eliminated.

“Among the personnel of the Russian fleet, which is based in Novorossiysk, there is sharp dissatisfaction with the absurd “meat” order of the command to get the Ukrainian naval drone, which led to the elimination of the elite group,” the intelligence officers said.As previously reported by USM, on August 20, Defense Intelligence fighters destroyed an enemy ship in the Black Sea near the Iron Port of the Kherson region.
