Emergency restoration of the road connecting four ports of the Odesa region has been completed

Emergency road surface restoration work was carried out on 8 kilometers of the T-16-07 Kiliya – Vylkove highway.
This was reported by the Infrastructure Restoration and Development Service in the Odesa region.
As part of the emergency restoration of the T-16-07 Kiliya – Vylkove highway, work was carried out to restore the transverse profile of the road surface and base, asphalt concrete pavement was installed along the entire length of the repair work (8 km), road markings were applied, and road signs were installed.
The work was carried out exclusively at the expense of operational maintenance, subject to funding and without stopping traffic.
“This highway connects four ports of the Izmail district and is an important artery of the roads of the south of the Odesa region, it is also a key road to shorten the path of fire, emergency medical care and other services to the settlements of local communities,” the Infrastructure Restoration and Development Service noted.
As previously reported by USM, the Russian Federation has carried out over 800 attacks on logistics, ports, and railways since the beginning of the year.
