Enselco added 41 thousand hectares of land bank after integrating Agro-Region assets

Enselco Group, owned by Kernel founder Andriy Verevskyi, is completing the integration of Agro-Region assets acquired earlier this year.

The land bank under management has grown to 190,000 hectares, Kernel’s press service told USM.

In particular, within two months the company carried out full operational and technological synchronization. Enselco has added 41 thousand hectares of the land bank, as well as the corresponding infrastructure and operational assets located in Kyiv, Chernihiv, Zhytomyr and Khmelnytskyi regions. As a result, the scale of the renewed Enselco company has grown to 190 thousand hectares.

In two months, the company implemented a set of measures, including:

• Integrated and optimized the organizational structure of the combined assets

• Synchronized production processes and agricultural technologies – spring sowing will already begin according to unified approaches and standards

• Planned logistics chains for transporting grain for the 2026 harvest, which is planned at 1.4 million tons

• Brought planning, organization and financial control to a single standard, and conducted initial digital integration.

The company noted that all equipment that will enter the fields this season is already connected to a single dispatch center. This will allow sowing in 4 regions of Ukraine to be managed from one monitor, optimizing the process.

“We didn’t just buy hectares, we invested in development and efficiency. Our task over these two months was ambitious — to make sure that the new team and new assets spoke the “same language” even before the first equipment entered the field. The 2026 sowing season is our first major test of synergy, and we are starting it with a single control center and a synchronized team,” emphasized Oleksandr Ogui, head of the Enselco group of companies.

Reference. The Enselco group of companies was formed in 2022 by selling part of the land assets with infrastructure that were part of the Kernel group. Today, the Enselco Group of Companies unites the agricultural enterprises of Enselco Agro LLC, Agropolis LLC, PSP AF Bilozirska, and since January 2026, the assets of the Agro-Region group of companies. The company’s main activity is the cultivation of grain and oilseed crops.
