Exports from Ukrainian ports grew by 65% in a week
During the week, 1.08 million tons of agricultural products were exported through the ports of Odesa region. The number of loaded vessels also increased.
During the 33rd week of operation of the “grain corridor” from March 13 to 19, 1.08 million tons of grain were exported through the sea ports of the Odesa region. This is 65% more than a week ago, reports the the Ukrainian Agribusiness Club.
At the same time, the number of ships loaded during this period increased by 38% and amounted to 22 units.
Ukrainian products go to the countries of Asia (China, Turkey and the UAE), Europe (Spain, the Netherlands, Portugal and others) and Africa (Tunisia, Libya).

The largest export volumes during the 33rd week of operation of the “grain corridor” were:
• corn (66% of exports during this period);
• wheat (18%);
• sunflower cake (11%).
Previously, USM reported that on March 18, the “Grain Agreement” was extended for another 120 days. After that, quotations of wheat and corn on the SWOT exchange decreased.
