Footage of a Russian gas tanker sunk in the Mediterranean Sea has appeared online (video)

Footage of the damaged Russian gas tanker Arctic Metagaz has been posted online. It was hit by a drone off the coast of Libya.
This was reported by journalist Yuri Butusov.
“A rupture in the side of the Russian gas tanker Arctic Metagaz as a result of being hit by a naval surface drone on March 3 off the coast of Libya in the Mediterranean Sea,” he commented on the footage of the damaged vessel.
The explosion caused the tanks with liquefied gas to catch fire, the vessel completely burned out. The crew abandoned the gas tanker. Now it is being towed to the coast of Egypt.
The cost of such a vessel is about $330 million. The price of the gas it was transporting is at least $100 million.
Earlier, USM reported that the Russian Federation accused Ukraine of a fire on a sanctioned gas tanker in the Mediterranean Sea.
