For the first time in Ukraine, a state-owned fishing vessel will be leased through Prozorro

The fishing vessel “Captain Rusak” is offered for bareboat charter through “Prozorro.Prodazhi”. The shipowner of the vessel is the company “Fishing Company S.A.”, which belongs to the State Fisheries Agency.

It is noted that this is the first time in history that the transfer of a state vessel takes place through electronic bidding in the Prozorro.Prodazhi system.

The vessel can be used for ocean fishing, as well as bottom and pelagic trawling, processing of fish into frozen products, processing of non-food by-catch and production waste, production of canned goods, storage of manufactured products, delivery to transport refrigerators or transportation to the port, etc.

The starting rent is EUR 80,000 per month.

Applications for participation in the auction are accepted until 20:00 on October 13, 2024. The electronic auction for the lease of the fishing vessel “Captain Rusak” will be held at 11:35 on October 14, 2024.

One of the requirements for a potential charterer is the presence of sufficient financial resources, experience in the fishing field and the absence of ties with the Russian Federation, Belarus and Iran.
