For the second time, ARMA was unable to sell Russian fertilizers seized at the port of Izmail

For the second time, ARMA failed to sell more than 136 tons of fertilizers stored in the port of Izmail in the Odessa region.
According to information from Prozorro.Sales, the auction was supposed to take place on March 21, but there were no buyers.
It is currently unknown whether the agency plans to hold a third auction.
As a reminder, the National Agency of Ukraine for the Detection, Tracing and Management of Assets Obtained from Corruption and Other Crimes is offering a batch of arrested Russian fertilizers – 272 big bags with a total gross weight of 136.38 tons. For the second auction, the value of the asset was halved – from UAH 2.9 million to UAH 1.45 million.
The fertilizers are in an open storage warehouse (new ramp) of the State Enterprise “Izmail Sea Trade Port”.
USM previously reported that ARMA was unable to sell Russian fertilizers from the port of Izmail at the auction.
Recall that in October 2024, journalists found out that Belarusian fertilizers were supplied to Ukraine through the port of Izmail, bypassing sanctions.
