Former UDS leader spoke about false statements to the Prosecutor General and the Prosecutor General on his behalf

The former head of the Ukrainian Danube Shipping Company spoke about false appeals to the authorities on his behalf.

Former CEO of the UDS Dmytro Moskalenko said that in the last few months, unknown persons have been sending numerous applications on his behalf to law enforcement agencies, the Prosecutor General’s Office, the Cabinet of Ministers and the President’s Office.

The applications concern alleged shortcomings in the work of the new team of the enterprise. Moskalenko noted that he learned about this when he began to be summoned as a complainant to provide explanations.

“I will not comment on the content of the applications. The signature under all the applications is not mine — they did not even try to forge it. While working at the UDS, I repeatedly encountered “anonymous” people, but now I have no idea who and why it was necessary to engage in falsifications,” he wrote.

The former head of UDS emphasized that after his dismissal from the shipping company, he never commented on the company’s activities, because he considered it incorrect and inappropriate.

“But someone really wants to use my last name. I hope law enforcement will figure out who arranged this,” Moskalenko added.

We will remind, Dmytro Moskalenko was dismissed from the post of CEO of UDS on January 10, 2025. The contract with the CEO of UDS was terminated early.

A few days later, UDS appointed an acting CEO – Oleg Mudrachenko took up the position. It is known that Mudrachenko has been working in the shipping company since April 2020, he held the position of chief engineer at UDS. Before that, he worked in the management of the Kiliya Shipbuilding and Ship Repair Plant.
