Humanitarian aid: Ukraine exported 541,000 tons of grain
Within the framework of humanitarian programs, Ukraine has already sent more than 540,000 tons of agricultural products to countries in Africa and Asia.
During the grain initiative, Ukraine exported 541,700 tons of agricultural products to low-income countries suffering from the food crisis, reports the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.
So far, Ukraine has shipped 170,000 tons of grain under the Grain from Ukraine food program and 371,100 tons of food under the program implemented by the World Food Program (UN World Food Program).
As previously reported by USM, within the framework of the Grain from Ukraine initiative, the ship Negmar Cicek delivered 30,000 tons of wheat to the port of Salif in the Republic of Yemen. This is the sixth batch of grain within the program.
