Illegally leased equipment will be returned to Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi port


SE “Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi Sea Trade Port” will return the illegally leased special equipment, which was convicted.

It is about 20 units of special equipment belonging to the port. It will soon be returned from illegal rental, the company’s Facebook page reported.

“Court cases initiated by SE “BDMTP” are on the finish line. As for 10 units, there is already a decision to terminate the lease agreements and return the equipment,” the port said.

According to the court’s decision, the state stevedore must return two forklifts, three tractors, four semi-trailers and a forklift. These 10 units of equipment of the FOP “Zadorozhnyi M.P.” transferred to TTG Forward company for illegal sublease.

According to the state-owned enterprise, the company currently has five forklifts, an excavator-manipulator, a grain thrower, a ramp table, a mobile loading hopper and a grain grab in illegal use.
