IMC Agroholding will pay over 20 million euros in dividends for the first time since 2021


The Board of Directors of IMC approved the payment of interim dividends based on the reporting as of the end of March this year for a total amount of 22.37 million euros.

The agricultural holding noted that when determining the dividends, net profit in the first quarter of 2025 (16.74 million euros), retained earnings as of the end of March (7.08 million euros) and share income (17.84 million euros) were taken into account.

Dividends as of May 29 will be paid to shareholders on June 5. After the dividend announcement, IMC shares rose in price by approximately 15%, or to about 7.5 euros per share.

IMC ended 2024 with a net profit of $54.5 million compared to a net loss of $21.03 million in 2023. The agroholding’s revenue increased by 52% to $211.29 million, gross profit increased fourfold (to $109.1 million), normalized EBITDA increased 25fold, to $86.1 million. Earlier, USM reported that the agroholding IMK would not sell its stake to Kernel: the deal was to be considered by the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine.
