In December, the volume of semi-car loads decreased by 15%

After 25 days of December, the average daily load of semi-cars amounted to 2,355 cars, which is 15.3% less than last month.
The main share in the volume structure of loads in semi-cars is occupied by hard coal (42.7%), iron and manganese ore (21.4%), as well as construction cargo (9.5%), according to Rail.insider analysts.
It should be noted that the share of grain loading in semi-cars is increasing. If it was 4.2% in November, it increased to 5.8% in 25 days of December.
Mainly loading of grain into semi-wagons is carried out in private rolling stock of Ukrainian owners (94.1%).
