The water area of Mariupol port is frozen. But the invaders have neither an icebreaker nor a crew to continue operating the port.

In the port of Mariupol, the water area is frozen. This means the introduction of an icebreaker escort mode for ships at the port entrance, but the only icebreaker in the port is not on the move and without a command.

This was reported by Petro Andryushchenko, adviser to the mayor of Mariupol.

If the Russians do not send another icebreaker to the port (and so far there is no hint of this), shipping around Mariupol is suspended for at least a month, taking into account the climbing of the cables.
