Two premises that were on the balance sheet of SE “Mykolaiv Sea Trade Port” were returned to the ownership of the state.
Two commercial premises located in the Factory district of the city, which are on the balance sheet of SE “Mykolaiv Sea Trade Port”, have been returned to state ownership, the Mykolaiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office reports.
The total area of the premises is more than 1,170 square meters, and the cost is UAH 3.2 million.
In the decision of the Commercial Court of the Mykolaiv region, it is stated that the lease agreements with the tenants were terminated due to non-payment of rent.
