Kernel transported 6.7 million tons of agricultural products through its terminals during the year

According to the results of the 2024 fiscal year, the Kernel agricultural holding exported 5.5 million tons of grain thanks to the sea corridor.

During this time, the Kernel company managed to process 3.2 million tons of oil crops.

“We have reached pre-war volumes of processing. This result was achieved thanks to the commissioning of a new oil extraction plant in the west of Ukraine,” the message says.

The company also transferred 6.7 million tons of agricultural products through its terminals, of which 486,000 tons were for partners.

“In the 2024 fiscal year, we offered our port facilities to Ukrainian farmers for the first time to help increase the volume of Ukrainian agricultural exports. We plan to increase turnover,” the company said.

In particular, it was possible to export 5.5 million tons of grain, which is 47% more than last fiscal year. This became possible thanks to stable exports via the Black Sea.

It will be recalled that, according to the forecast, in 2024/25 the export of the FR crop will fall by approximately 10 million tons. At the same time, the shortage of grain on the domestic market will cause high demand from consumers.
