Kernel’s market cap crosses $2 billion mark for the first time since 2011

The capitalization of the Ukrainian agroholding Kernel increased by $253 million and crossed the $2 billion mark.
On February 17, the company’s capitalization increased by $253 million, Latifundist reports with reference to Forbes.
In less than three months, Kernel’s capitalization has more than doubled — from $0.95 billion in early December to $2 billion as of February 17.
The agroholding was valued more expensively more than 13 years ago — in the summer of 2011, Kernel was valued at $2.3 billion.
Along with the value of the agroholding, the fortune of its main shareholder, Andriy Verevsky, is also growing. In 2023-2025, he increased his stake in Kernel from 38.05% to 95.06%.
Earlier, USM reported that Kernel’s capitalization had increased by more than 80% since the beginning of the year.
