Luxembourg court dismisses minority shareholders’ claims against Kernel

Kernel announced that it had won a second legal victory against a group of minority shareholders of the agricultural holding.

On March 28, 2025, the Luxembourg District Court issued a decision dismissing the claim of a group of minority shareholders against Kernel Holding S.A. and its main shareholder Namsen Limited regarding the suspension of the decisions of the board of directors on the issue of shares in 2023.
The company noted that the court found the claim inadmissible and unfounded.
“The decision of the court in Luxembourg confirms the legality of Kernel Holding S.A.’s actions and the high level of our corporate standards. We always adhere to transparent and fair procedures aimed at long-term success. I am convinced that other claims will also be dismissed,” said Artem Filipiev, Director of the Legal Department of Kernel Holding S.A.
