Magura drones could also have participated in the attack on the Crimean bridge

The involvement of Defense Intelligence drones indicates coordination of efforts by Ukrainian special services during the attack on a strategic Russian facility.

A Ukrainian Magura V7 naval drone, armed with AIM-9M air-to-air missiles, was spotted in the Kerch Strait immediately after the explosion on the Crimean bridge. This is reported by “Militarnyi”.

The participation of Group 13 drones, a unit of the Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine, may indicate coordination of efforts with the Security Service. In particular, the naval drones could have acted as a cover for the operation. This also strengthens the version that an underwater drone was used to blow up the bridge supports, rather than a classic overhead charge.

According to the SBU, the sabotage was the result of several months of preparation. During the operation, the structure was mined with a charge with a capacity of about 1,100 kg in TNT equivalent. The first explosion, according to official information, occurred at 4:44 in the morning.

The SBU noted that as a result of the attack, the bridge is in a state of emergency.

We will remind you that back in June 2022, the Ukrainian Defense Intelligence received complete technical documentation of the Crimean Bridge – presumably, it became the basis for the subsequent operation.
