Marines destroy Russian boat from Barracuda drone

The video of the operation was released by the 40th Separate Coastal Defense Brigade of the Marine Corps.
Ukrainian marines demonstrated a new tactic for hitting targets at sea – a strike with an FPV drone launched from a Barracuda unmanned boat. This was reported by the press service of the 40th Marine Brigade.
According to the military, the Barracuda unmanned boat delivered FPV drones to the target area, after which one of them launched a targeted strike on a Russian boat carrying military personnel and ammunition. As a result of the attack, the boat and enemy personnel were destroyed.
“The operation was carried out quickly and without risk to our fighters. Modern technologies work for defense and save lives,” the brigade said in a statement.
The Barracuda complex is a Ukrainian development designed for strike and logistical tasks at sea, including the delivery of FPV drones, mines, and reconnaissance. Its use significantly increases the mobility and safety of Ukrainian forces in coastal operations.
The Marines note that such strikes are becoming part of a systematic strategy to defeat Russian forces in the Black Sea, where the Armed Forces of Ukraine are gradually eliminating the presence of the occupiers and their logistics.
As USM wrote, the Ukrainian Navy recently discovered a bomb with Russian markings in the Black Sea, on which the enemy had installed a modified fuse.
