Medvedchuk’s arrested yacht will be sold for the benefit of the state budget

The oligarch’s Viktor Medvedchuk’s yacht is intended to be sold for the benefit of the Ukrainian budget. The vessel was arrested, as was its owner.
Pavlo Buldovych, head of the communication department of the National Agency of Ukraine for Identification, Search and Asset Management, told the “Schemes” project about the plans to sell the yacht.
It will be recalled that Medvedchuk’s 93-meter yacht Royal Romance was arrested at the port in the city of Rijeka, Croatia. The cost of the vessel is about $200 million. The yacht requires annual costs of $15-20 million.
