More than 13 thousand square meters in Chornomorsk port will be leased

Warehouses with a total area of over 13,510 square meters will be leased at Chornomorsk MTP. The lease term will last for the period of martial law and 12 months after its end.
Tomorrow, March 24, an auction will be held for the lease of the warehouse and buildings at the Chornomorsk MTP. The total area of the territory is 13,510 square meters. m. The adjacent territory with an area of 8,558 square meters is also offered for rent. m and 4 more warehouses with an area of 645 sq. m, 144 sq. m, 3,776 sq. m. and 385 sq. m. This is reported on the website of the State Property Fund of Ukraine.
The starting price of the objects is UAH 40.9 thousand. The term of the lease will last for the period of martial law and 12 months after its termination and cancellation.
