More than 200 million are offered for the Ust-Dunaisk port

On Tuesday, January 17, an auction for the privatization of the Ust-Dunaisk seaport was held. The starting price was UAH 60 million, but during the bidding one of the companies offered more than UAH 200 million.
The best price for the port of Ust-Dunaisk is offered by Elixir Ukraine LLC from Vinnytsia. The auction was held on the state platform Prozorro.Sales.
A total of 8 companies participated in the auction. The highest proposed amount was UAH 201 million 300
According to YouControl, Elixir Ukraine was registered 6 years ago in Vinnytsia. The main type of activity is indicated as wholesale trade in chemical products.
It is known that “Elixir Ukraine” is part of the “VIMEXIM” group, and is also the official representative of Elixir Zorka – a modern factory for the production of complex mineral fertilizers in Shabac. The company is engaged in the sale of complex mineral fertilizers in Ukraine.
Valery Vikhrenko is the founder and owner of the “VIMEXIM” Group of Companies, which is engaged in processing, exporting and providing logistics services from grain and oil crops.
As previously reported by USM, the Ust-Dauna port is the first in Ukraine to be put up for auction as a single complex . The facility also includes 15 ships, 4 moorings and 6 vehicles.
