More than 2,000 trucks are stuck on the border with Poland
About 2,200 trucks are in a queue at the border with Poland.
Trucks are waiting at six checkpoints on the border with Poland. This was stated by the spokesman of the State Border Service Andriy Demchenko, “Ukrinform” reports.
“As of this morning, a total of 2,200 trucks are waiting in line on these six routes. Most of them are at the checkpoints “Krakivets”, “Rava-Ruska” and “Jagodzin”, he commented.
According to Demchenko, the number of border crossings by trucks has significantly decreased, especially in the direction of the “Shehini” checkpoint, where about 35 trucks crossed the border over the past day, 24 of them in the direction of Ukraine.
Previously, USM reported that another protest by Polish farmers, who oppose the European “green course” and the “inflow” of Ukrainian agricultural products, will take place in Warsaw.
We will remind you that Poland is demanding 1.3 million zlotys in compensation from the protesters at the border.
