“As of today, 515 ships have safely passed through the Black Sea Humanitarian Corridor, delivering 16.5 million tons of grain and other cargo to world markets,” said Brigitte Brink.

According to her, this is a great achievement that helps workers and businesses and allows the Ukrainian economy to grow, despite the terrible war that Russia has unleashed.

As previously reported by USM, the growth of exports at the end of 2023 was facilitated by the opening of the sea corridor, ship insurance and the improvement of logistics on the Danube.
