More than 8 million tons of grain were exported from Ukraine since the beginning of the new season

The export of Ukrainian agricultural products in 2024/25 has already exceeded 8 million tons.

This is reported by the Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine.

As of September 11, since the beginning of the 2024/25 FY, Ukraine exported 8.187 million tons of grain and leguminous crops. Of these, 894,000 tons were shipped in September.

As of September 13 of last year, the total figure of shipments was 5.37 million tons, in particular, in September – 783 thousand tons.

In terms of crops, since the beginning of the current season, the following have been exported:

• wheat – 4.293 million tons (in September – 700 thousand tons);

• barley – 1.163 million tons (50 thousand tons);

• rye – 8 thousand tons (7.7 thousand tons);

• corn – 2.48 million tons (128 thousand tons).

It should be noted that the total export of Ukrainian flour since the beginning of the season is estimated at 13.3 thousand tons (in September – 2 thousand tons), in particular wheat – 12.2 thousand tons (1.8 thousand tons).

It will be recalled that the ports of Great Odesa processed 7 million tons of cargo in August.
