More than 8,000 wagons with agricultural products are moving in the direction of sea ports


Currently, 8,151 wagons with grain cargoes are heading to the ports of Great Odesa.

Over the past week, the queue in the direction of the seaports has increased by almost 500 cars, up to 8,151 units, Rail.insider reports with reference to Valeriy Tkachev, deputy director of the commercial work department of JSC “Ukrzaliznytsia”.

The average daily rate of unloading is 998 wagons per day. Compared to last week, the increase is 68 cars per day.

There was also an increase in wagons with grain in the direction of the port of Izmail. Currently, 472 wagons are heading there. The increase is 216 units. Unloading is also increasing: currently the average daily indicator reaches 56 wagons. This is 23 units more than a week ago.
