Moscow has named the objects that cannot be attacked during the ceasefire

The moratorium on strikes on energy facilities came into effect on March 18, but the Kremlin reserves the right to withdraw from the agreement “in the event of a ceasefire violation.”
The Russian authorities have published a list of energy facilities that are subject to a moratorium on strikes during the ceasefire in Ukraine. The list is headed by oil refineries and oil storage facilities, the “Focus” reports.
The Kremlin reported that this list was agreed upon by the Russian and American sides, and Ukraine’s position is not mentioned in it. The moratorium on strikes on energy facilities, according to the Kremlin, came into effect on March 18, 2025. At the same time, Moscow stressed that “in the event of a ceasefire violation by either side,” the moratorium would be lifted.
List of facilities subject to the moratorium:
• oil refineries;
• oil and gas storage facilities, pumping stations;
• power plants, substations, transformers, distributors and other facilities for the production and transmission of electricity;
• nuclear power plants;
• power plant dams.
As USM reported, the day before, the Ukrainian Navy revealed how many civilian sailors died due to Russian strikes.
