Mostyska Terminal Processed Over 47,000 TEUs in 2025

Last year, Mostyska Dry Port (Container Terminal Mostyska) handled over 47,000 TEU of containerized cargo.

The consolidated volume of general, bulk and liquid cargoes handled reached 395,000 tons, the company said.

In the cargo flow structure, grain cargoes accounted for 35,000 tons, liquid cargoes — 200,000 tons, general cargoes — 45,000 tons, and bulk cargoes — 115,000 tons.

According to the terminal’s CEO, Dmytro Kobzar, the dynamics of the container market in 2025 were uneven — in such conditions, the ability to adapt to changes becomes crucial. Therefore, the company has consistently invested in warehouse capacity, modern equipment, and the development of areas that allow it to work effectively with various cargoes.

The company’s total capital investments in 2025 exceeded UAH 65 million excluding VAT. The key infrastructure project of the year was the opening of a new covered warehouse with an area of over 4,000 sq. m, which provides the possibility of monthly shipment of up to 10 thousand tons of grain cargo and meal into containers for export. The implementation of this project made it possible to expand the list of terminal services.

Also in 2025, the company invested in increasing the fleet of modern specialized equipment. In particular, a Kalmar reach stacker, a JCB telescopic loader and an AWard container tipper were purchased, capable of turning containers at an angle of up to 90 degrees. This equipment allows you to reduce the time of loading and processing containers, increase the efficiency of working with various types of cargo.

Over the 12 months of 2025, the terminal transferred taxes, duties and other mandatory payments totaling UAH 104.4 million. The state and local budgets were replenished by UAH 81.9 million. The single social contribution is UAH 22.5 million.

Earlier, USM reported that another container line will be launched at the Mostyska terminal.
